I'm IT Director and UI/UX Designer from Moscow, Russia, working also in web development and print media. I enjoy turning complex problems into simple, beautiful and intuitive designs.

As Head of IT, I was responsible for overseeing the company's information technology functions. General duties - creation and implementation of it policies, determination of technological needs for each Department, acquisition of hardware and software, security of computer systems and organization of training sessions for employees. Excellent computer skills, leadership, analytical thinking, endurance, strong communication and interpersonal skills and budgeting.

• Managed global enterprise standardization and integration project, overseeing IT systems’ alignment, associated change and new technology
• Ensured business success by managing the delivery of services and technological solutions on a global scale, using direct and indirect reports, and contract and off-shore resources
• Lead complete site migration including the ERP and IT/business process transition project
• Guided global IT teams in matters of IT organization, operation, enterprise security, and establishing enterprise-wide standards and SLAs
• Drove cultural change, new process adoption, and abolition of silos between IT groups
